How to find me… Some patients find it challenging to locate my office for the first time. I am located inside the Valleyview Centre. The entrance is next to Drumroaster Coffee. Once in the doors, head straight down the hallway and office #37 will be a couple doors down toward the left. If the door is closed, I am likely with a patient. I appreciate your patience and will make it known when I become available.

Naturopathic Medicine

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient therapeutic modality within Traditional Chinese Medicine. Needles are inserted into the body at specific anatomical positions to manipulate Qi, muscles, and the nervous system. This encourages a natural healing process by the body. Acupuncture may be helpful for pain, digestion issues, hormonal and fertility concerns, mood imbalances, and stress.

Vitamin Injection Therapies

Injection therapies are an effective delivery of nutrients into the bloodstream. Patients with compromised digestive systems or unable to take/respond to oral supplementation may benefit from intramuscular injections. RETURNING PATIENTS ONLY. New Patients must first complete an Initial Consultation.

Dr. Elli Reilander is a licensed naturopathic physician in Sidney, BC. She has completed a bachelor of science degree from the University of Victoria and a 4-year doctor of naturopathic medicine diploma from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC. She also carries advanced certifications to perform acupuncture, IV and injection therapies, and holds prescription authority.

Dr. Reilander focuses on patient-centred naturopathic care and creating unique, clinically effective, evidence supported treatment plans. She is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of you and your entire family.
